Our cart allows you to make all your gifts selections and automatically totals your order including tax (when applicable) and delivery. SHOPPING CART: For your shopping convenience, we utilize an easy-to-use shopping system to handle your order. When you see an item you like , select your breed from the drop-down list you would like to order, then simply click on the "Add to Cart" button and that item will be added to your shopping cart! If you wish to order more than one of the same item, in the Quantity box type in the number you wish to order then click RECALCULATE and adjustments is made. From the Shopping Cart, if you want to add more items, click Continue Shopping.

When you have finished shopping, simply provide us with the information we prompt for, click the "Continue" button, and your order will be processed. If You Do Not Wish To Use Our Shopping Cart: You are welcome to place a phone order, or use our print-out form, fill in, mail or fax in
Order Form. Please make Money Order or Cashier's Check payable to CSIS. (Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery upon receive of payment unless otherwise indicated.)
Heavy demand for an item may cause a temporary shortage. Unexpected factors such as transportation slowdowns may also affect our supply. We will notify you if there is a
shortage. Please call us for price quote on items that you can't find in our catalog. In the event that your product is defective on damaged in shipment, you must notify us within 24 business hours of receiving it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We are confident you will love your selections! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product you may exchange the item for another item at the same value/price, please contact us within 24 business hours of receipt for return instructions. Purchase must be returned in it's original condition. Returns are not accepted without prior of approval.
Keep the original box with the item, and ship back to us Prepaid and Insured. Shipping/Insurance charges, are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply. Item will be shipped as soon as possible.
